General Terms of Sale

Article 1 — Purpose
These General Terms of Sale govern all sales of products, services and bookings made through the Sim4All website.
Any order implies unconditional acceptance of these terms.
Article 2 — Products and Services
Sim4All offers, among others:
- car simulation session bookings;
- race simulators;
- sim racing accessories and parts;
- digital products;
- gift vouchers.
Product descriptions are presented with great care.
Photographs are provided for illustration purposes only and are not contractual.
Article 3 — Price
Prices are indicated in euros (€).
Unless otherwise stated, they are all taxes included (TTC).
Any possible delivery fees are indicated before order confirmation.
Sim4All reserves the right to change its prices at any time.
However, the applied price is the one displayed at the time of order confirmation.
Article 4 — Order
The order is considered final after payment validation or explicit acceptance by Sim4All when payment occurs later.
Sim4All reserves the right to refuse any order in case of fraud, dispute or exceptional circumstances.
Article 5 — Payment
Payments can be made via:
- Credit card
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
- Bank transfer
- On-site payment (only when this option is offered)
Online payments are secured by our payment providers.
Article 6 — Delivery
Physical products are shipped to the address provided during the order.
Digital products are made available after payment validation according to the terms specified at purchase.
Delivery times are given for information only.
Article 7 — SimCenter Reservations
Reservations made through our online system are confirmed after validation.
In case of impediment, the client is invited to contact Sim4All as soon as possible to study a solution.
Sim4All reserves the right to exceptionally modify a schedule or a reservation if necessary.
Article 8 — Gift vouchers
Gift vouchers can only be used according to the terms indicated at purchase.
They cannot be exchanged for cash, unless contrary legal provision.
Article 9 — Warranty
Sold products benefit from the legal warranties applicable in Belgium.
In case of defect, the client is invited to contact Sim4All as soon as possible.
Article 10 — Right of withdrawal
When legislation allows, the consumer benefits from a right of withdrawal in accordance with the Belgian Economic Law Code.
Certain services, notably leisure reservations with a set date as well as certain digital products already downloaded or customized, may be excluded from the right of withdrawal in accordance with current regulations.
Article 11 — Liability
Sim4All cannot be held liable for damage resulting from improper use of the sold products.
The client remains responsible for complying with safety instructions when using the simulators.
Article 12 — Data protection
Personal data are processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Article 13 — Applicable law
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by Belgian law.
In case of dispute, Belgian courts have jurisdiction, unless a contrary mandatory legal provision.
